Welcome to the Special Educational Needs Department

The Special Educational Needs Department plays an active role within the school. Pupils educational, emotional and physical needs are identified and acted on with the child being the centre of everything we do.

Staff support pupil needs with effective interventions, resources and strategies on a daily basis and we pride ourselves on the relationship we have with parents.

We have a large Team of classroom assistants who have developed excellent relationships with students and assist with interventions and strategies to ensure our pupils fulfil their potential.

Our well being centre is an excellent resource where students engage in Yoga, Reflexology and Mindfulness. Pupils can also avail of our pastoral support area and our sensory room.
